Job descriptionFull-Time (FTE) : Part-Time (PTE ) : Shift : 6 hours (e.g., 8 : 00 a.m. – 3 : 00 p.m., excluding breaks). The salary for this position is $210 / hr. Sick days Health insurance Matching 401k Prescribe and monitor clozapine therapy for treatment-resistant schizophrenia, including ANC monitoring and titration protocols. Lead biweekly multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care for high utilizers of crisis stabilization services. Complete capacity assessments for gravely disabled patients under Welfare & Institutions Code 5150 / 5250. Utilize long-acting injectables (LAIs) for medication non-adherence, including aripiprazole once-monthly and paliperidone palmitate.

Requirements of the Adult Psychiatrist :
- Board Certification / Eligibility in General Psychiatry
- American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) certified
- California Medical License : Active status with no disciplinary actions13.
- DEA Certification : Required for antipsychotics and long-acting injectables (e.g., clozapine).
Schedule of the Adult Psychiatrist :
Shift : 8-hour day.
