Job Summary

We are seeking multiple Full-Time School Psychologists for in-person school-based positions in Fairfield, CA. This role involves supporting students' mental health, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with educators and families to create positive and impactful educational experiences.

Competitive Compensation: $64-111/hr Commensurate with Experience

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychotherapy sessions to address students' mental health concerns

  • Perform assessments to create and implement personalized treatment plans

  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions to encourage collaboration and support among students

  • Implement tailored interventions for students with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities

  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop strategies for student success

  • Stay informed on the latest practices and research in school psychology

Qualifications

  • California State School Psychologist Certification or License

  • Proven experience working in a school setting

  • Strong ability to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for students

Work Conditions
