Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Pilates Instructor who is a self-starter, passionate, energetic, health and fitness minded, and loves to help others feel better, move better, live better. We are seeking Instructors / Trainers with weekday & weekend availability. Mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Opportunity to work 6-20+ hours per week. At least one year experience teaching Pilates is preferred, but we will work with new and non-certified Pilates Instructors wanting to learn and invest in their skills and career. Experience with fitness, dance, yoga, or any mind body movement practice a plus. Also, in need of those interested in working with mature clients, and those in need of a post-rehabilitation, therapeutic approach.  Job Responsibilities :

• Instruct effective, motivating and safe Pilates Training / Workout sessions.
• Use a variety of Pilates equipment / exercises in small group and one-on-one settings.
• Manage individual schedule and clientele scheduling.
• Manage administrative processes needed for session sales and payroll.
• Regular communication with management, co-workers, and club staff.
• Inspect equipment / studio to ensure equipment operation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Provide Demo sessions for members and co-workers.
• Participate in department / club promotional campaigns.
• Participate in department in-services and staff meetings.
• Regular follow-up and outreach with clients / prospective clients to maintain and grow business. Expectations :
