Training ExperienceWeekly individual supervision provided by a licensed psychologistEvidence-based psychotherapy training (CBT, ACT, trauma-focused, interpersonal, etc.)Diagnostic interviewing, intake assessment, and risk evaluationTraining in treatment planning, case conceptualization, and progress monitoringOptional : Psychological assessment experience (cognitive, personality, diagnostic) based on program requirements and availabilityClinical PopulationPracticum students will gain experience with : Adults & aging adultsTrauma & PTSDAnxiety and depressive disordersCognitive decline, memory concerns, and neuropsychological referralsResponsibilitiesProvide individual outpatient psychotherapy under supervisionMaintain timely, accurate clinical documentationParticipate in weekly supervisionAssist with cognitive / personality test administration, scoring, and report draftingQualificationsCurrent enrollment in a PhD or PsyD program in Clinical PsychologyApproval from your program for external practicum placementStrong clinical writing and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain ethical and professional standardsAbility to complete required hours on-site in Bedford, TX (some hybrid flexibility may be available)Schedule & Time CommitmentTypically 1030 hours per week, depending on program requirementsFlexible availability preferred for therapy caseloadMinimum of one academic year strongly preferredCompensationThis is an unpaid clinical training placement consistent with doctoral practicum expectationsAccess to extensive supervision, assessment training, and professional development
