Job Title : Assurance Partner - Manufacturing Sector
Location : Charlotte
Reports to : Managing Partner
Type : Full-time, hybrid
Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Assurance Partner to lead and manage assurance engagements within the manufacturing industry . This role is responsible for driving high-quality audit and assurance services, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing strategic insights to help manufacturing clients manage risk, enhance financial performance, and improve reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Assurance Engagements : Manage the full lifecycle of assurance and audit engagements for manufacturing clients, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
Client Relationship Management : Serve as a key point of contact for clients, offering insights and advice on financial reporting, operational improvements, and risk mitigation strategies specific to the manufacturing industry.
Quality Assurance & Compliance : Ensure the highest standards of audit quality and compliance, staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices
Team Leadership : Mentor and lead audit teams, fostering professional growth and maintaining a collaborative work environment that promotes excellence.
Business Development : Proactively engage in business development efforts by identifying opportunities for new client relationships within the manufacturing sector and growing existing client engagements.
Budget & Resource Management : Oversee the financial performance of assurance engagements, including budgeting, billing, and profitability analysis, while ensuring the efficient use of resources.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
Experience :
10+ years of audit or assurance experience in the manufacturing sector
Public accounting experience, preferred
Skills : Deep knowledge of manufacturing industry regulations, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successful client relationship management.
