Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you!

Duties :

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
• Consult with customers to determine their vehicle repair and maintenance requirements
• Provide accurate estimates for automotive repairs and services
• Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed
• Process payments and handle customer inquiries or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history

Requirements :

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred

Basic knowledge of automotive repair, oil changes, tire services, and other common automotive maintenance procedures

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer care

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in using computer systems for invoicing, estimating, and record keeping
