Messa Sync is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Public Relations Assistant to support the daily functions of our PR department. This role is ideal for someone who excels in writing, communication, and coordination, and is looking to grow within a results-oriented agency. You’ll work closely with our PR team to support campaign execution, media outreach, client communications, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting press releases, briefing documents, and media pitches.
Maintain and update media contact lists and press materials.
Support in scheduling interviews, meetings, and public appearances.
Coordinate internal and external communications for campaigns.
Track media coverage and prepare regular reports.
Help plan and organize promotional events and client-facing activities.
Ensure consistent messaging aligned with client brand guidelines.
