📍 Southern California
🦷 Flexible Part-Time Opportunity | 1–2 Days/Week or PRN

Make a Difference. Practice with Purpose.

Are you an Endodontist or General Dentist with strong endodontic experience looking for a flexible opportunity to provide meaningful care without the demands of traditional private practice?

At Enable Dental, you’ll provide high-quality dental care to patients who may otherwise have limited access to treatment. Our mobile, facility-based model allows you to focus on patient care while our team handles the operational logistics.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys endodontic treatment, medically necessary care, and working with geriatric and special-needs populations.

Why Dentists Choose Enable Dental

  • $2,000–$2,500 daily rate
  • Flexible schedule – typically 1–2 days per week
  • Endodontic-focused clinical opportunities
  • Pre-coordinated patients and facilities
  • Strong clinical and operational support
  • No traditional practice-management responsibilities
  • Consistent patient flow
  • Mission-driven work serving patients with limited access to care
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of elderly and special-needs patients

A Better Clinical Model

Our streamlined mobile model allows you to focus on treatment and patient care—not the administrative demands of running a traditional practice.

  • Pre-coordinated patients and facilities
  • On-site clinical support
  • Modern, portable dental technology
  • Structured and efficient workflows
  • Collaboration with facility and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Care provided directly within assisted living, skilled nursing, and other facility settings

Who This Opportunity Is Perfect For

  • Endodontists looking for a flexible clinical opportunity
  • General Dentists with significant endodontic experience
  • Dentists who enjoy treating complex dental needs
  • Providers seeking strong daily earning potential without a full-time commitment
  • Clinicians who value autonomy and a supportive team environment
  • Dentists passionate about caring for geriatric and special-needs populations
  • Providers who want to make a meaningful difference in an underserved patient population

About Enable Dental

Enable Dental is redefining dental care by bringing high-quality services directly to patients who may have difficulty accessing traditional dental offices—including individuals in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other care settings.

By combining mobile dental technology with a compassionate, skilled clinical team, we’re improving oral health outcomes and enhancing quality of life for the patients we serve.

As a rapidly growing, mission-driven company, we foster a culture built around innovation, accountability, teamwork, empathy, and exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Need

  • Endodontists or General Dentists with strong endodontic experience encouraged to apply
  • Experience diagnosing and treatment planning using digital radiography
  • Ability to provide endodontic and medically necessary dental treatment
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
  • Experience treating geriatric, medically complex, or special-needs patients is a plus
  • DEA license
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a supportive clinical team
  • Comfort providing care in a mobile, facility-based environment

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform endodontic treatment, including root canal therapy
  • Diagnose and treatment plan endodontic and other dental conditions
  • Provide medically necessary and restorative dental care as appropriate
  • Evaluate dental pain and manage urgent/emergency dental needs
  • Review and interpret digital radiographs
  • Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to elderly and special-needs populations
  • Maintain high standards of clinical quality and patient safety

Compensation & Perks

  • $2,000–$2,500 daily rate
  • Flexible scheduling – typically 1–2 days per week
  • CE allowance & ongoing professional development
  • Travel reimbursement, including mileage and lodging when applicable
  • Supportive clinical and operational team
