Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven bookkeeping experience with general ledger (GL) and journal entries (JE)

QuickBooks proficiency (Sage or NetSuite a plus)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Flexibility for overtime during tax season

Technical Skills

QuickBooks and accounting software expertise

Accurate and efficient data entry

Financial statement preparation

Solid understanding of accounting principles

Soft Skills
