A Typical Day for a Home Care Aide with WesleyLife at Home / Public Health :

• Travel to complete client visits at the pre-scheduled time and location (four visits a day lasting two hours each) (Visits cover all of Polk County - about a -mile radius)
• Perform light housekeeping – including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, dry mopping, dishwashing, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, and changing beds
• Do laundry, including washing, drying, and folding clothes
• Monitor client supplies
• Observe and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance
• Follow each client’s care plan and submit documentation using a tablet
• Participate in staff meetings

Current Openings : Full-Time or Part-Time, Monday-Friday am - pm, no weeknights, weekends, or holidays
