Job Title : Public Health Program Specialist
Must be a US Citizen and reside in the state of MO.
Essential knowledge and functions :
- Experience developing training materials, including PowerPoints, handouts, and quizzes.
- Must be able to accomplish program goals.
- Ability to work with the Statewide Community Health Worker Advisory Committee.
- Must research, draft and submit grant deliverables and their associated measures .
- Ability to research, draft and submit grant deliverables and their associated measures.
- Must assure timely preparation of federal reports, program updates, contracts and / or amendments to procure program services.
- Must have background knowledge of chronic disease and recommended preventative care preferred.
- Must have experience working with community partners and coalitions preferred.
- Must have experience developing and strengthening internal and external partnerships.
Preferred qualifications / skills :
Travel throughout the state is required with occasional travel for out-of-state training opportunities.
