We are seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional in our HBCS (Home and Community Based Services) program who are passionate about working with individuals with disabilities located in North Phoenix/Cave Creek area. This includes but not limited to: providing assistance to individuals living on their own by taking them out into the community, assisting with daily in-home tasks, and providing behavioral support. Direct Support Professional hourly rate is $16.15.
