Public Area Attendant - Housekeeping

$14 / hour

We are seeking a dedicated  Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order in all guest-facing common areas.

This role involves cleaning lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces to ensure a welcoming and pristine environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to enhancing the guest experience through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be the dedicated caretaker of our hotel's public spaces, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy.
  • Your daily tasks will include maintaining cleanliness in all public areas, such as lobbies, restrooms, and hallways, as well as assisting with setup and breakdown of event spaces.
  • You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
  • A career as a public area attendant can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as housekeeping attendant, housekeeping supervisor, or even a management position in hotel operations.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have :

  • A combination of education and experience
  • What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Have oen availability, specifically early mornings to start
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
