Job description
A company is looking for a Policy Specialist to support the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and iterate policy language collaboratively with a team of specialists
Consult with policy owners, stakeholders, legal experts, and labor relations specialists to draft and edit policy language
Analyze USPS policies for regulatory / legal requirements and recommend changes or eliminations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline
3+ years of policy experience in analysis, drafting, writing, and / or consulting
Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment on expedited timelines
Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with unclear direction
