A company is looking for an Associate Director, Policy. Key Responsibilities Oversee the policy team and support the development and implementation of climate solutions for states and territories Supervise policy advisors and manage at least one policy priority area, ensuring strategic collaboration and execution of initiatives Support fundraising efforts and manage grant agreements to advance policy team objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience; Master's degree preferred Experience working with state-level government is strongly preferred Previous supervisory or team management experience is preferred Demonstrated success in leading strategy implementation and managing projects Experience in fundraising and managing contracts and grant agreements is preferred
