The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, experienced, and highly skilled Public Insurance Adjuster to join our top‑performing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary advocate for our clients—guiding them through the claims process, securing accurate settlements, and providing a best‑in‑class customer experience. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional results for a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive on‑site property inspections and accurately assess damages for both residential and commercial losses.
  • Analyze insurance policies to identify applicable coverages and develop strategic claim approaches.
  • Prepare and submit detailed claim documentation, including estimates, photographs, and proofs of loss.
  • Conduct settlement negotiations with insurance carrier adjusters to secure fair and accurate outcomes for clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, proactive, and professional communication throughout the claims process.
  • Partner with contractors, engineers, and industry experts to support and substantiate claim findings.

Required Qualifications

  • Active California Public Insurance Adjuster license, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing first‑party property claims (residential, commercial, or both).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with high‑profile clients and maintain strict professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel for site inspections, client meetings, and related assignments.
  • Successful completion of a background screening.

What We Offer

We reward excellence with one of the strongest compensation and benefits packages in the industry.

Compensation

  • Above‑market base salary aligned with experience.
  • Lucrative commission structure with total earnings potential exceeding $250,000+ annually.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Generous paid time off.

Retirement

  • 401(k) program with a 3% employer contribution, regardless of employee participation.

Tools & Support

  • All necessary electronic equipment and resources to perform at the highest level.
