Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of Public Relations experience and over 3 years leading multinational teams. Strong understanding of gaming and esports, with preference for candidates from gaming or tech industries. Proven track record in media relations, employer branding, and crisis management, with experience being independent. Experience in government relations and corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a plus. Fluent in English with strong writing and public speaking skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous for liaising with global stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the Global Public Relations team, ensuring smooth operations across all regions while fostering continuous growth and development.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with media partners in key regions such as Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Europe, building trust and establishing mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Create and execute B2B and B2C strategies, focusing on compelling stories within the esports industry to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
- Oversee content creation, press releases, and other Public Relations efforts throughout various stages of publishing, ensuring successful product launches.
- Lead or contribute to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Government Relations (GR) initiatives in multiple regions, building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
