The Experience & Lifestyle Coordinator partners closely with the Director of Experience & Lifestyle to deliver a dynamic, refined calendar of social, cultural, fitness, and experiential programming.
Reporting directly to the Director, this highly interactive, resident-facing role is ideal for an energetic, gracious, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a boutique hospitality environment and understands the importance of regulatory excellence under California Title 22.

This position plays a key role in ensuring residents experience daily life with ease, enjoyment, and meaningful connection across independent living, assisted living, and memory care as needed and directed by the Memory Care Director.

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00/hour

  • Ensure programming reflects the eight dimensions of wellness: physical, social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, purposeful, financial, and environmental.
  • Foster an inclusive, welcoming, and engaging environment where residents feel encouraged to participate and connect.
  • Actively participate in the execution of Experience & Lifestyle programming, serving as a visible and engaging host.
  • Contribute creative ideas for innovative programming that reflect the unique culture and elevated standards of the community.

  • Utilize designated software systems to enhance resident engagement, optimize scheduling, and support personalized experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support Experience & Lifestyle initiatives and showcase community offerings.
  • Partner with other departments to deliver integrated, cross-functional programming.
  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings to support high program standards and continuous improvement.
  • Perform assigned daily walk-throughs of Experience & Lifestyle areas to ensure environments reflect safety, elegance, and operational excellence.
  • Report departmental concerns, resident feedback, and maintenance needs promptly to the Director of Experience & Lifestyle.
  • Support the Director in program planning and execution using software analytics, resident input, and leadership feedback.
  • Assist in ensuring effective and thoughtful allocation of departmental resources.
  • Follow all California Title 22, RCFE licensing, safety, and operational requirements as directed.
  • Immediately report any observed or suspected changes in a resident’s condition, safety concerns, or incidents to the Director of Experience & Lifestyle, in accordance with Title 22 reporting standards.
  • Maintain professional boundaries, resident dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Foster positive, compliant working relationships with vendors and contractors in alignment with community standards.

Requirements

    • Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, hospitality-driven environment.
    • Demonstrated creativity, strong organizational skills, and enthusiasm for engaging with an active adult population.
    • Understanding of the social, emotional, and physical needs of older adults.
    • Willingness to learn and adhere to California Title 22 and RCFE regulatory requirements.
    • CPR/First Aid certification and Class B driver’s license preferred.
    • Valid California Driver’s License.
    • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and company transportation regulations, including, California DMV requirements, CPUC requirements (where applicable), and Gallaher Signature Living transportation policies.
    • This position is subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.
This includes pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, and return-to-duty testing.
