Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize corporate social media accounts to drive engagement and promote the brandMaintain a social media calendar and coordinate content development with internal stakeholdersTrack and report on the effectiveness of PR and social media campaigns using various analytics tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field3-5 years of relevant experience in public relations or social media managementExperience with digital tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, and project management tools like Asana is preferredFamiliarity with digital design and AI tools (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT) is preferredProficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Hootsuite)
