Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by offering friendly, personalized service and timely follow-ups.
• Educate customers about the insurance options that best meet their needs using a needs-based approach.
• Generate new leads, schedule appointments, and actively listen to identify customer needs.
