Reporting to the Vice President of IR, the IR Analyst role plays a pivotal part in managing and executing Investor Relations' efforts to improve the market's understanding of the company, strengthen relationships with sell-side analysts and investors and broaden buy-side ownership. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with senior management, finance and cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive transparent communication, foster investor confidence and support the company's financial objectives.

General Responsibilities

• Support the quarterly earnings process, including preparation and distribution of the press release, earnings call script, Q&A document, analyst estimates, peer analysis, market research and related materials
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Investor Relations and other members of senior management to develop and implement comprehensive investor communication narratives and strategies aligned with the company's financial goals and messaging objectives
• Conduct regular evaluation of analyst models and estimates, quarterly shareholder analysis and peer comps to support Investor Relations efforts and strategic decision-making processes
• Manage and maintain financial models to assess how analyst estimates align with internal forecasts
• Support the planning and execution of the annual calendar of Investor Relations activities to facilitate direct engagement with investors, analysts and financial community members
• Collaborate with various internal departments to learn and remain aware of business fundamentals, operational developments, financials, legal activities and other items across the company
• Serve as an informed resource for investors, analysts and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries, providing timely updates and addressing concerns in collaboration with the Vice President of Investor Relations
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts and other key stakeholders to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the market
• Support senior management in developing board presentations, employee town halls, special projects and conference and roadshow presentations
