Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis identifying trends and variances.
• Review and provide in-depth analysis of project revenues costs budgets and variances.
• Reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts.
• Improve and enhance processes and internal controls.
• Compile consolidated financial statements including balance sheet income statement equity statement and cash flow statement.
• Prepare financial transaction reports such as income and loss statements balance sheets and account reconciliations.
• Review Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable weekly.
• Process accounts receivable / payable and generate monthly client invoices.
• Manage tax filings and maintain the tax calendar.
• Enter all cash receipts and disbursements for IOLTA trust and operating accounts into the accounting system.
• Provide all required financial reports to the firms owner monthly.
• Develop plans for growth to increase profitability while reducing expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Assist with year-end audit financial reporting and analysis.
