Respond to all merchant requests, rate review requests, supply order requests, LP issues and all escalated merchant issues in a timely manner to ensure the highest level of merchant retention and satisfaction. Work the daily merchant log notes in an effort to proactively address potential merchant concerns. Product and service expert. Follow up on outstanding merchant issues until the desired resolution is achieved.

Retention, answers retention calls in queue and retain merchant accounts. Using reports created to analyze reasons for merchant cancellations. Use analysis to determine most effective retention methods. Follow all policy and procedures for merchant retention. Submits closing requests.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in related field and 3 years of related experience or HS/GED and 7 years

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated abilities with statistical capture and analysis.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the Sales and Operations to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed.
  • Must be a quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and create/self-manage a recruiting process that is sound, efficient and result-yielding.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship management skills with the proven ability to work in a matrix environment across functional lines.

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
