Position Summary
The PR Coordinator at Proof Publicity will be responsible for successfully supporting the work for all assigned clients, achieving results, and ensuring top-notch client service while adhering to Proof Publicity’s client service principles.
Key Responsibilities
Support and run PR activities for multiple client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and the achievement of key performance metrics.
Develop and execute strategic PR plans that align with client goals, driving measurable results.
Ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality and meet client expectations.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages growth and professional development.
Bring at least one big idea to the CEO each quarter that could improve the business, add new offerings, increase billings, or support employee growth.
Actively network within the community and industries relevant to our clients to enhance Proof Publicity’s reputation.
Actively cultivate media and influencer relationships monthly.
Ensure you are known for the right reasons and contribute to the positive image of Proof Publicity.
Follow Proof Publicity’s processes 100% of the time to ensure consistency in client service and operations.
Show up 100% ready and on brand, looking the part for all interactions.

Ability to think strategically and creatively while managing multiple clients and projects.
Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, Microsoft Word, Media Database & PR Tools like Muckrack, Cision, Coverage Book.
