If so, we’d love to welcome you to our volunteer leadership team as our Fundraising & Donor Relations Lead.
💼 What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll guide our fundraising strategy and help cultivate the partnerships that sustain our work. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, implementing, and evaluating both scheduled and impromptu fundraising programs.
Collaborating with the Art Director to develop fun, mission-aligned merchandise and promotional materials for campaigns.
Creating thoughtful outreach plans to cultivate, engage, and retain donors of all types.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with donors, funders, supporters, collaborators, vendors, and other key partners.
Leading communication with high-level donors to ensure they feel appreciated, informed, and connected to our impact.
Overseeing the Donor Relations volunteer and Grant Writers, offering guidance and ensuring alignment across the team.
Shaping and assessing grant strategies and individual giving initiatives.
Participating in monthly leadership meetings and sharing updates from the fundraising department.
