Room attendants are the backbone of our hotel, responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean and welcoming for our guests.About the Role:As a Room Attendant at My Place Hotel, you'll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our property. Your efforts will directly impact our guests' satisfaction and help us uphold our high standards of service. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, friendly, and committed to delivering exceptional hospitality.Key Responsibilities:Guest Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean all assigned guest rooms and public areas. This includes changing linens on every bed, inspecting mattress pads, blankets, and bedspreads for cleanliness, stains, and tears, and sorting laundry as directed.Bathroom Cleaning: Remove all used towels from the guest room and bathroom, replacing them with clean ones. Scrub the bathroom vanity, toilet, bathtub, mirror, and floor to ensure they are spotless and hygienic.Re-fresh Room: Open windows in guest rooms to let in fresh air, contributing to a pleasant and inviting environment.Carpet Care: Vacuum guest rooms, hallways, and public area carpets.
