People in our Client & Market career track drive profitable growth by developing market-relevant insights to increase market share or create new markets. They progress through required promotion into market-facing roles that have a direct impact on sales.

Our Public Service professionals work with clients in state and local government, education, and non-profit organizations. You will work with leaders in these organizations, helping them reinvent every part of their enterprise. We help our clients reinvent experiences of the people they serve, implement operational improvements, reduce cost, transform, and upskill workforces of the future. You will help design and implement program, process and business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process.

Ability to travel 75%+. For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales / delivery activity only.

Here's What You Need :

• A minimum of 4 years of public service experience
• A minimum of 4 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
