WHAT YOU WILL DO : Maintain and disseminate personnel information using the human resources / payroll information system. Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status. Manage the HR inbox for all assigned states. Process employee questions and respond in a timely manner. Handle Employee Information Requests. Respond to reference requests and conduct exit interviews, in accordance with Dungarvin policies. Monitor wage and payroll information to confirm accuracy. Effectively administer unemployment compensation, under the direction of the human resources manager / director. Qualifications WHAT WE LOOK FOR : Bachelors degree related to HR preferred or 2 years of general human resources or extensive customer service experience. Strong computer skills, including but not limited to experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office programs. (ULTIPRO experience preferred) Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented. Good problem-solving abilities and time management skills. Experience maintaining a professional level of privacy in accordance with HIPAA or other relevant regulations.
