Our GPS Technology Organization specializes in a tailored technology model designed to support U.S. defense and Government operations.
The Opportunity
As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you'll be responsible for supporting various cloud applications in the GPS unit. Your role will encompass end-to-end service management, including service engineering, troubleshooting, maintaining service quality, a roadmap for service standards, and vendor management. You will also ensure the stability of application platforms and services, resolve incidents and problems, supervise change controls, and automate processes.
As a PKI Specialist, you will collaborate with the PKI Architect to diagnose issues, design optimal solutions, implement enhancements, and provide continuous support for PKI services across the GPS organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and maintain an in-depth understanding of applications including :
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Azure Cloud Services
- Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS)
- Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
- Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS)
- Active Directory Rights Management Services (AD RMS)
- Support and maintain servers and networks aligned with Active Directory environments :
- System Center Operations Manager Administration
- Windows Server 2022 Administration
- Single Sign-On (SSO) setup and troubleshooting
- Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
- Address multiple demands and urgent issues requiring flexibility.
- Identify opportunities for improvement through detailed business, functional, operational, and security analyses.
- Communicate design strategies effectively to gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Coordinate design efforts across teams to ensure the successful execution of complex projects.
- Develop technical and functional solutions that integrate with business processes.
