What this job involves - As the Director of Sales Enablement, Public Institutions at JLL, you will lead efforts to equip our global sales teams with the tools, resources, and strategies needed to excel in today's dynamic market. You'll write and collaborate the development of proposals, content creation, and technology implementation that drives revenue growth and client satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate across departments to identify sales obstacles and create innovative solutions that enable our teams to perform at their highest potential. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way for our clients, ourselves, and our fellow employees, and this role is instrumental in that mission. You will leverage data analytics to measure effectiveness while continuously refining approaches to meet evolving business needs and market conditions.
What is the day to day?
Proposal Leadership & Team Management
- Lead the proposal team, including two direct reports, to deliver compliant, client-focused, and persuasive proposals and qualification materials.
- Oversee the creation, refinement, and quality control of resumes, project descriptions, project approach, and case studies.
- Validate proposal structure, compliance forms, and content against solicitation requirements and ensure alignment with JLL’s brand and messaging.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to foster professional growth and high performance.

Estimated total compensation for this position :
145,000.00 – 165,000.00 USD per year
