Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license; must be able to be licensed in MN. Experience in civil engineering, focusing on environmental documentation, design, land development, and transportation projects. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS preferred.

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with environmental expertise who can prepare and / or oversee the production of environmental documents and work closely with Land Development and Transportation professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong land development and transportation design background, management experience, and demonstrated client growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Environmental Planning & Engineering : Conduct or lead environmental assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Environmental Documents : Prepare and / or oversee the production of Environmental Documents, including, but not limited to, Environmental Impact Statements.
- Project Management : Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Design : Create detailed engineering designs and plans for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
- Land Development : Oversee land development projects from concept to completion, including site planning, grading, drainage, and utility design.
- Transportation : Design and manage transportation projects, including traffic analysis, roadway design, and transportation planning.
- Collaboration : Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
