Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; Professional Engineering (PE) license required. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on public works projects. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams. Exceptional technical expertise in civil engineering principles and practices. Strong client relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to understand and fulfill client needs. Experience in business development, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and successful project acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
