Finance Reporting Assistant

One thing we do is connecting financial-services brands (banking, investing, insurance, fintech, and more) with the right readers at scale. As we expand, we need a detail-oriented Finance Reporting Assistant to keep our revenue and cost data crystal clear for the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull weekly and monthly revenue figures from internal dashboards and client portals
- Compile vendor invoices and bank-statement data to produce concise weekly and monthly P&Ls
- Summarize client ad-campaign revenue (retainers, flat fees) and newsletter CPA / CPL / CPC performance.
- Track usage against annual volume-based agreements and highlight variances early.
- Improve templates and SOPs so reporting stays accurate even when the pace picks up.
