Pump Mechanic - Warehouser
We are looking for a Shop Mechanic / Warehouser in our organization responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in the shop and handling warehouse tasks. It will be your mission to support the CH Spencer growth strategy and deliver excellent quality service. You will report directly to the shop manager with respect to the following :
- Repairing equipment in the shop 85% of the time and travel 15% of the time.
- Repairing rotating equipment in the shop (motors, pumps, etc.)
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Developing and optimizing efficient processes and routines.
- Keeping accurate records of work performed and time required.
- Maintaining Shop safe clean.
- Other Shop related tasks.
- Loading and Unloading Truck.
- Inventory Count.
- Shipping and receiving.
- Other Warehouse related tasks.
- 1-3 years of Shop mechanic experience.
- Experience with pumps and compressors (preferred).
- Machining and forklift experience (preferrred).
- Experience with shipping and receiving, inventory management (preferred).
- High School Diploma.
- The candidate must be able to communicate in English – written and verbally.
- Mechanical certification (Preferred).

Must have a valid US Driver License and clean driving records. Must be able to pass background and drug screening tests.
Great communication skills, self-motivated, and a result-oriented work ethic is requested.
Must have strong attention to detail skills and be able to follow instructions.
Must be able to stand for long hours, use hands, vision, and lift 50 lb.
