Negotiating discounts from vendors
Ensuring the quality of our goods in the reception from our orders and if there’s any damages or differences in our purchase orders, negotiate with the vendor for guaranteed product or discounts
Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit their company
Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services
Generating Bills and Bill Credits in order to process payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping
