Candidate will utilize SAP to track all procurement activites on a daily basis. BS degree or equivalent professional experience required.
responsibilities :
Apply procurement policies, procedures, and relevant laws to procurement activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on procurement needs and assist with contract administration.
Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams to define scopes of work and specifications.
Create RF(x) documents (RFP, RFQ, IFB, RFQ) to meet business requirements.
Review exempt forms and coordinate meetings with suppliers and business units.
Support local, diverse, and small business participation in sourcing events.
Modify and negotiate terms and conditions under supervision..
Track requisitions, contracts, and orders.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or demonstrated experience in Procurement, Contract Management, or similar roles.
Must be familiar with SAP or similar ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience working in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve objectives.
