The Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in crafting and maintaining high-quality business analysis deliverables throughout the organization, supporting projects ranging from small-scale to intricate endeavors. Responsibilities include formulating precise and coherent business requirements, conducting data analysis, designing and streamlining processes, and executing technology strategies. Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst will spearhead the development of testing documentation and conduct tests to validate adherence to business requirements.

Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of previous Business Analyst experience along with prior experience within Life Insurance and / or Annuities industry. In addition, candidates must have experience with writing business and functional requirements. Experience writing test plans, understanding test plans and doing the actual testing (manual testing) is strongly preferred.
