We need a purchase Manager who work with company management to determine company needs and then plan, direct and coordinate the purchasing and delivery of materials, products and services across a broad spectrum as necessary to the operation of a successful business.

Responsibilities :

• Identify solutions for improvement in the organization through process analysis, determining areas of potential improvement in terms of efficiency, company effectiveness, and inflow / outflow of materials by developing appropriate solutions.
• Continually seek industry and provide the necessary information for successful business development in the shape of new items & vendors.
• Ensure quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met.
• Produce regular purchasing reports on a weekly / monthly basis.
• Evaluate vendors and conduct buy-out pricing.
• Consider the reactive cost and benefit of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
• Strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diver, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Help Supply Chain / Logistics Managers in locating and onboarding new suppliers.
• Forecast levels of demand for services and products.
• Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.
• Develop strategies to make sure that cost savings and supplier performance targets are met - or exceeded.
• Place an order by proper Scanning Module as per SOP and PO should be made & available for Receiving department.
• Physically presence at time of receiving an order to make sure all the inventory which we have been ordered, is received or not.
• Maintaining Aging schedule of inventory.
• You are held responsible if warehouse faces shortage of inventory.
• Ability to make multiple products offering programs for Convenience Stores & Gas Stations.
