We’re seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk / DMV Title Clerk who thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment and takes pride in accuracy and compliance. What You’ll Do Motor Vehicle / Title Processing Process new and used vehicle registrations Prepare tax and title documents accurately Submit legal transfer paperwork to the DMV in a timely manner Compliance & Verification Verify all funds are collected before processing titles Ensure lienholders are properly paid off Maintain compliance with all state and dealership requirements Reporting & Reconciliation Prepare monthly reports on outstanding title work Reconcile title schedules and related accounting entries Maintain organized and accurate records What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of automotive title processing and/or billing experience Strong understanding of DMV procedures and compliance Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits $24.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience) We offer a competitive benefits package, including:
