• Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to optimize North American and Canadian opportunities within the aerospace and defense markets
• Building, maintaining, and expanding long-term customer relationships from initial engagement through contract award
• Leading proposal development, business case creation, internal approvals, and customer submissions
• Negotiating contracts, including pricing and terms and conditions, to ensure long-term profitability
• Providing ongoing customer support from contract award through program stabilization
• Coordinating cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, engineering, finance, purchasing, and inside sales
• Representing the company at industry events and trade shows while delivering customer and market insights to support budgeting and growth
