The Ford Purchasing team adds critical value to the entire organization. You’ll help us source the highest quality parts and services from around the globe while ensuring optimal cost and on-time delivery. The Supply Chain Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic global purchasing and sourcing initiatives for a portfolio of critical parts.

A strong leader is needed to lead a team of motivated buyers with a goal-oriented mindset.

This role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, a proven ability to manage complex projects across diverse internal teams and external partners, and a commitment to driving significant change.

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
• Supply Chain or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive
• Strong negotiation skills
• Manufacturing knowledge
• Project management
• The ability to create positive team culture

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $112,680-212,760.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
