With deliveries 365 days a year, 7 days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service.
The Protein Buyer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory of protein products, including meat, poultry, and seafood, to support daily distribution operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining product availability, controlling costs, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced food distribution environment.
