A company is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to support procurement activities and supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and processing of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
Communicate with suppliers and maintain accurate supplier information and documentation
Support inventory tracking and data management to maintain optimal stock levels
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or administrative support preferred
Basic understanding of inventory and purchasing concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or purchasing systems is a plus
