A company is looking for a Parts Purchasing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Bulk purchase parts for vehicles with long waitlists or down for repairs
Track parts availability and collaborate with field maintenance managers
Create and manage purchase orders and procure hard-to-find parts
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in automotive parts inventory and ordering processes
1-2 years in a dealership parts department preferred
General understanding of automotive maintenance practices
Previous automotive part ordering experience is a plus
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions
