To be considered for this position, candidates must possess upon hire or have the ability to obtain a BLS Instructor certification within 1 year of their start date as a condition of employment. Must maintain the certification throughout employment. Physical Requirements This job requires some standing, walking, and sitting at a computer for long periods. Shift Tues, Wed, Thurs (20 hrs / week).
This may change based on the department needs Job Summary This position is responsible for :
- Support, track, and report on the UKCD CPR Program.
- Conduct account reconciliation and purchasing needs
- Responsible for the Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) process and product disposition (AAR)
- Facilitating investigations and corrective actions for customer issues and complaints relating to non-conforming products.
- Work with the corporate quality manager on all new quality standards and processes.
- Daily floor safety observations
- Under the direction of Senior QA Safety Manager lead and run the facility safety committee.
- Under the direction of Senior QA Safety Manager team members, maintains updated data and any applicable review / audit findings monitoring, tracking, and reporting, including database, dashboard, trends, and analysis :
- Maintain the official files. Facilitate purchasing needs ensuring appropriate approvals and compliance.
- Immunization and Competency Compliance and Reporting for all UKCD Healthcare Workers
- Maintain a database of required immunizations for all designated healthcare workers as well as current annual TB screenings. Create reports and distribute information to supervisors, Division Chiefs, Department Chairs, Human Resources, Student Affairs, and Program Directors regarding compliance status. Gather data to support requests from accrediting bodies and other outside entities.
