• Plan, direct, and evaluate operations.
• Ensure staff orientation, in-services, and education programs are conducted effectively.
• Develop and manage the agency's budget and prepare financial and statistical reports to meet fiscal goals.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including state, Medicare, Medi-Cal, federal, and local laws.
• Oversee employment, supervision, evaluation, and termination of personnel.
