QA Manager needed for this distributor for several manufacturers serving the aerospace, defense, & industrial markets.
Must have Managerial experience of 2 years +.
You will :
- Oversee the quality of aerospace products from inception to completion, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards.
- Create and implement company quality standards
- Achieve quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Train and motivate employees to ensure that quality standards are met.
