Job descriptionBachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related technical field. Proven experience as a QA Lead, with a strong background in testing web and mobile applications, preferably in the AI / Client domain. Expertise in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Jest, Cypress) and familiarity with scripting languages for test script development. Experience with CI / CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, CircleCI). Knowledge of conversational AI technologies, natural language processing (NLP), and an understanding of GenAI principles is highly desirable. Experience working with Azure Test Plans Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, coupled with a strong commitment to quality. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to document and articulate test findings clearly.

We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Lead who specializes in ensuring the highest standards of quality for next-generation Generative AI (GenAI) applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and addressing issues before they reach users, contributing significantly to the creation of intuitive, engaging, and reliable GenAI Application / Models.
Key Responsibilities :
- Quality Assurance Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies that encompass both automated and manual testing methodologies to ensure the flawless functionality of GenAI application interface and backend processes.
- Automated Testing Development : Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks tailored to GenAI applications, enhancing our project's agility and reliability through continuous integration and delivery (CI / CD) practices.
- Testing Execution : Conduct thorough manual testing, when necessary for complex GenAI functionalities that require nuanced understanding.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work alongside a diverse team of technologists and creatives to refine requirements, identify potential issues early in the development cycle, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Feedback Loop Management : Establish efficient processes for tracking, documenting, and resolving defects, as well as for incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders into ongoing quality improvement efforts.
- Performance and Scalability Testing : Ensure the applications perform optimally under varying loads and across devices, with an eye towards scalability and user experience consistency.
- Security and Compliance Testing : Verify that applications adhere to industry-standard security practices and regulatory compliance requirements, protecting user data and privacy.
