As a QA Manager, you will be expected to establish a collaborative partnership with key stakeholders and directly manage Foodbuy IT Scrum Teams consisting of quality analysts and testers. In this role, you will partner with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to hold the team accountable to consistent Agile best practices. Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding analytical and research skills, as well as a passion for leading and growing others. In addition to being a seasoned, well-trained professional, the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to inspire confidence from, and to collaborate closely with technology leaders and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality Assurance testing (Manual & Automation).
• Lead QA teams to ensure quality of applications.
• Define and enforce QA best practices, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Lead the QA team in implementing automation initiatives across the organization, ensuring efficient and effective QA processes.
• Partner with Development Managers and Scrum Master to resolve and escalate impediments, manage risks, assure value delivery and drive program level continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and reduce manual effort.
• Manage test data and environments to support accurate and efficient testing.
• Conduct performance and load testing to evaluate system performance under various conditions.
• Oversee security testing efforts in collaboration with the CISO and other security teams.
• Mentor and coach QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Ensure alignment with SAFe Agile principles and practices, participating in PI planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
