JOB DESCRIPTION : Quality Assurance Leadership

• Lead the QA efforts for onshore teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools. Automation Testing
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber, Selenium, and other relevant tools.
• Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. Offshore Coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact between onshore and offshore QA teams.
• Schedule and lead daily sync-ups with offshore teams.
• Ensure timely communication of requirements, priorities, and feedback.
• Monitor offshore team performance and provide guidance and support as needed. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
• Provide regular QA status updates to stakeholders.
• Track and report key QA metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect density, automation progress). Required Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cucumber, Selenium, and Java / Python.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor offshore teams
